6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and eligible under our return policy.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
