At Breezy™, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.
Our team works hard to process and dispatch every order as soon as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster (within 2–4 days).
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier network limitations.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak sale periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below this amount.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can use this link to check the live status of your delivery.
- If your tracking information isn’t updated for more than 48 hours, please reach out to us at one.agencz@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or weather issues.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, contact us at one.agencz@gmail.com with your Order ID, and our support team will investigate immediately.
- In rare cases where the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
If a package is returned to us due to such reasons, reshipping charges will apply.
7. Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, changes to address, contact details, or product are only possible before dispatch.
